The cottage can comfortably accommodate a maximum of four guests. It has a kitchen, dining and living rooms, one bathroom with shower/tub and two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other has a full-size bed. There is also a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Historic Rose Cottage. The views were great, and being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and other places was really convenient. There were plenty of outdoor seating areas, but the terrace was our favorite. We spent some time up there listening to the music coming from across the street and watching the night sky. We even saw a few meteors, which was a pretty cool bonus!
The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Everything that was listed was in great shape and well taken care of. I also really liked the character and decor of the cottage. I grew up in a house built in 1821, so staying in an older home like this brought back a lot of memories for me.
Honestly, our only complaint is that we didn't have more time to spend there. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay while enjoying Zion. Very convenient location. Walkable to many restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops. Short drive to park entrance. Great outdoor space with beautiful views!

We had a very pleasant stay at The Historic Rose Cottage.
Jack was a fabulous host and was very reactive to our questions. The cottage was as described and feels very personal. We came to Springdale to visit the Zion NP. There is a shuttle across the street that takes you to the NP gate, where the park shuttles then take you into the park. We spent our evenings on the elevated porch behind the house looking at the red rock walls on the other side of the valley as the sun set. That alone is worth a visit to the cottage. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing time at the Historic Rose Cottage near Zion National Park. Such a lovely place with beautiful views around and very accessible to all nearby attractions. The shuttle stop is right by the house and easy to commute to Zion National park. We will come back soon.

Wow!! What a wonderful property. Stunning views, well located, clean, and comfortable. A restful place to return after a day of hiking. And how nice to have a washer/dryer. The owner obviously takes pride in this historic cottage. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

We loved everything about our stay! The cottage was an oasis! It was a perfect location, the outdoor patio spaces had spectacular views! It was clean and Jack was very responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend and cannot imagine anything better. It is even better in person!
